Yes. Less then 1 mile away is the Madeira Beach Municipal Marina. It is a very nice location with a Ship Store that has most of your boating needs along with Gasoline and Diesel fuel. The ramp is a very nice paved ramp with restrooms available. The facility is handicap accessible with boat docks and parking for 50+ vehicles. There is a $10.00 fee to launch your boat.
Yes. There are several different means of public transportation steps away from our front door. The most popular with our guests is the Suncoast Beach Trolley. The Trolley picks up at the end of our parking lot and travels to all the popular destinations in the area including places like Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Park, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Treasure Island and the famous St. Pete Beach. We have Trolley Maps in our office and the best part is, you can ride the Trolley ALL DAY and all the stops for $4.50 or $20.00 for 7-Day Pass. The Suncoast Trolley runs twice an hour from 5:
Unfortunately not at this time however, you are welcome to bring them with you for your enjoyment. There are a lot of fun places to go and things to see by water or land. There are also several places very close that rent these items.
Yes. We allow weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, birthdays, graduations, business meetings and more in the pool and common area. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can assist you with your needs.
Yes. Please give us advance notice so we have the best chance of accommodating your needs. We also work with other local motels in the immediate area if we cannot accommodate your needs with rooms.
No. Since the rooms and furniture is new we do not allow pets.
Yes. Gulf of Mexico access by boat is about 3/4 mile away through John's Pass. With our intracoastal access, you can enjoy many of the local sights by water.  The beach is across the street from the motel. There are several beach crossings with pedestrian activated "LED Rectangular Rapid Flashing amber Beacons" (RRFB) within several hundred feet of our location. The new system has been proven to be very successful and makes it very safe for families with children to cross the street.
Yes. With our direct intracoastal access, you can enjoy many of the local sights by water. Whether you decide to power boat, sail, kayak or paddle board, there are great places to sight see, fun places to eat, drink and enjoy within about 1/2 mile by water.
